DEMONSTRATE to CUT WAR NOT WELFARE – Saturday 20th October 11am
In addition to human suffering, the money spent on war in Afghanistan will have cost Britain more than £20 Billion by 2014/15, exactly the figure the government says ‘must be cut’ from the NHS. For this reason Stop the War is joining the TUC anti-austerity demonstration on Saturday October 20th.
The Stop the War contingent will assemble at
11am on Victoria Embankment next to HMS President, location on Google Maps – http://bit.ly/QSr1Sg. Nearest tube – Temple.
The Brent Stop the War banner will be there – without the poles, so look at body height, not above your head to find us – or ring Sheila Robin on 07753 607404. Please join us.
Please also join and share the Facebook group here: http://on.fb.me/RPwr0c
